Two sets of clamps are used in the alternate clamping and feeding system, and the material is fed cyclically to prevent slippage. The combination of a servo drive, a premium ball screw, and a linear guide rail arrangement allows for efficient material deformation control and seamless feeding. The system that guarantees the exact match between the final product and the source file is made up of a length encoder and a closed-loop control system.
German carbide knives, with their high strength and low loss and eight edges on both sides, can be sharpened more quickly and with less effort thanks to replaceable planer (made of iron and stainless steel) and milling cutter blades (made of aluminum) that use CNC turning tools. Smooth slotting is ensured by the superior linear guide and ball screw.
The purpose of the multi-axis coil pre-alignment system is to keep the channel letter coils from deforming and jamming during processing. Different thicknesses of materials can be freely modified.
The bending scratch that can result in letters with sharp corners can be significantly reduced by the double bending arms. It works well for creating retro, halo-lit, and classic channel letters.
